Description

Spherical Nickel Base Alloy Micron Powder, Inconel 625 Powder, Size: 10-25 µm

Powdered materials are commonly used in large spray guns for various applications. It is important to note that if the alloy powder absorbs moisture or has been stored for more than three months, it should be dried prior to use at a temperature of 120°C for a duration of two hours. Additionally, it is essential to handle these materials with caution, as they can be readily combustible and have general toxic and irritating effects.

To ensure safety, the maximum allowable daily concentration of the powder should not exceed 0.001 mg/m³, and appropriate measures should be taken to prevent explosions. Inhaling the powder can lead to discomfort, such as headaches, elevated body temperature, vertigo, and weakness.

At our production facility, we uphold premium processes in a state-of-the-art location. Our operations include advanced screening and technology classification, and our facility is air-conditioned and dust-free. To maintain high quality standards, we utilize argon atomization, which results in powders with low oxide and nitride content. Our production environment follows clean room standards, ensuring optimal conditions for powder manufacturing. We are equipped to atomize various materials and alloys, delivering products of high purity through a crucible-free atomization process. Our quality control measures allow for reproducibility, even with minimum sample sizes. The spherical powder we produce is free from satellites, ensuring excellent flowability. Furthermore, we offer specific particle size distributions tailored to meet customer requirements.

One of the alloys we specialize in is Inconel 625. It is a nickel-based superalloy known for its high strength and resistance to elevated temperatures. In addition, it exhibits exceptional corrosion and oxidation resistance. Due to these properties, Inconel 625 is highly suitable for applications in nuclear and marine environments, where it can withstand high stress and a wide range of temperatures, both in and out of water. It also demonstrates excellent corrosion resistance when exposed to highly acidic conditions.

Applications of Inconel 625 include flare stacks, ducting systems for ships, advanced seawater structures, chemical process facilities, shroud rings for turbines, thrust-reverser systems for generators, exhaust systems for jet engines, and various aerospace industry applications.
