Powdered materials are commonly used in large spray guns for various applications. It is important to note that if the alloy powder absorbs moisture or has been stored for more than three months, it should be dried prior to use at a temperature of 120°C for a duration of two hours. Additionally, it is essential to handle these materials with caution, as they can be readily combustible and have general toxic and irritating effects.

To ensure safety, the maximum allowable daily concentration of the powder should not exceed 0.001 mg/m³, and appropriate measures should be taken to prevent explosions. Inhaling the powder can lead to discomfort, such as headaches, elevated body temperature, vertigo, and weakness.
